Go Columbia, SC! The condo market here is strong, and despite the national housing crisis, continues to grow. Once the national market bounces back, any property purchased thru early '08 will greatly appreciate in value! This is an excellent place to invest in property, and a wonderful place to live.

Condos are also being built in other areas of Columbia now, with some great offerings in Northeast Columbia including Peach Grove Villas and The Village at Sandhill Condos, among others.
